**Returns:**

We do not accept returns for tabletop and mobile app purchases. Due to the nature of digital products and the potential for unauthorized copying or misuse, all sales are final. We encourage you to thoroughly review product descriptions, screenshots, and reviews before making a purchase decision.

**Exchanges:**

Exchanges for tabletop games are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. To be eligible for an exchange, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. Once the defect or damaged has been confirmed an exchange will be provided.

**Refunds:**

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement product is not available or if the issue cannot be resolved through exchange. Refunds are processed within 90 business days.

**Cancellation Policy:**

Orders for digital products, including mobile app purchases, cannot be canceled once the download or access link has been provided. For tabletop games, orders can be canceled and refunded if the request is made before the product goes into production.
