This Terms of Service agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the RidlYeThis game app (the "App") developed by Ridl By Ridl's word game design and development company (referred to as "Ridl By Ridl," "we," "us," or "our"). 3.2. By submitting User Content, you grant Ridl By Ridl a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the App.

3.3. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the license set forth in Section 3.2 and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

**4. Privacy**

4.1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

**5. Termination**

5.1. Ridl By Ridl may terminate this Agreement and revoke your license to use the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

5.2. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

**6. Disclaimer of Warranties**

6.1. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ridl By Ridl disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

**7. Limitation of Liability**

7.1. Ridl By Ridl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if Ridl By Ridl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

**8. Governing Law**

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with of jurisdictional laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

**9. Changes to this Agreement**

9.1. Ridl By Ridl reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Agreement by posting the revised Agreement on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
